Color the topmost section with saffron color.

Now let’s start our tutorial for
How to Draw a Flag
Draw a Straight line using a pencil.
Draw another Horizontal ZigZag curve below the first one and connect both them at the base of the horizontal ZigZag curve with another vertical curve.
Draw a Vertical curve and connect it with both the horizontal ZigZag curves.
Draw the three outline bands and Ashok Chakra.
To hold the flag draw a stick.
Now at last!!! Color the flag. Finish!!! Done!…
How To Draw an Indian National Flag
Now-Again I am going to draw a flag!!!
So, let’s start our tutorial How To Draw a Flag and follow the steps below to draw a good attractive looking Indian national flag.
Step 1: Draw the flag Base
Step 2: Draw Bottom curve Line
Step 3: Draw a vertical arc
Step 4: Draw Another vertical arc
As you can see here, I draw two sections of curve rectangles and now one more to go…
Step 5: Draw the last vertical line.
Done! three sections of curved rectangles.
Step 6: Connect all lines horizontally.
We know that there are three bands of color in our national flag. So, let’s draw the outlines for that.
Step 7: Draw a circle for Ashok Chakra.
In the middle white band draw Ashok Chakra and 24 spokes.
Step 8: Draw a pole for the flag
Draw a stick or a pole that acts as a hanger for the flag.
Step 9: Draw a string to hang our National Flag.
Draw thread to hang the flag.
Step 10: Start coloring.
Now it’s time to color our flag…
Fill deep Saffron color in the topmost band.
white in the middle band and green in the bottom-most band and at the last color Ashok Chakra by the purple color.
Note:- you can use a ball or a gel pen to color Ashok Chakra.
Step 11: Add shading to our Indian National Flag.
After coloring ! it looks like this… shade the pole and the whole flag using the pencil.
Step 12: Add shades on the pole to look realistic.
Done!!! Our Flag of India is completed…

- To give 3D look apply shading.
- Shade the painted flag to give the 3D appearance.
